B300 Security Guard Jobs In Canada LTD. is a fast, up-and-coming security company in British Columbia. As we continue to expand, we are looking to increase our team with employees who are competent in meeting our expectations. We are currently aiming to hire Security Guards to work in Retail, Construction Security, Residential, fire alert, and occasion security.

The guard will be responsible for supporting the safety and security of the parcel, customers, workers, the public, and all assets while working in the best attractions of the trademark. The guard will act in a customer service-focused role while also serving as a visual deterrent to unwanted conduct and people.

Responsibilities:

• Providing both a physical security presence and a customer assistance demeanor.
• Problem-solving skills, Conflict resolution, and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Deterrence of undesired behavior and/or illegal activity.
• Keeping a level of professionalism in stressful situations.
• Enforcing property laws, Criminal Codes, and legislative statutes.
• Completing clear and complete incident reports through our online reporting systems.

Required Skills and Capabilities:

• Must possess a valid BC Security License
• Possess a valid BC Drivers support (Considered an asset but may be necessary for remote sites)
• Excellent customer assistance skills and professionalism.
• Strong contact skills, verbal and written
• Effective problem-solving talents and conflict resolution, with the ability to work under the lowest maintenance.
• Has a keen sense of being alert and conscious of unique surroundings.
• Demonstrates a high level of openness and integrity in all aspects of job execution.
• Competent to stand for long periods.
• Non-Violent Emergency Intervention training is an investment.
