Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years’ knowledge in a concentrated, customer service-oriented retail setting (preferably apparel/footwear)
- Strong team party

- Ability to lift/move, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly
Responsibilities
- Provide invariably high standards of consumer experience within the Shop by PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
- Via practical client service, the individual version consistently completes or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability targets
- Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and fast
- Keep the cleanliness and order of the shop Retail Sales Associate Job in US as well as keeping with all visual merchandising procedures according to PUMA standards
- Liable for the implementation and processing of incoming and outgoing claims
- Must yield with all Guidelines & Procedures, operating core competencies, and key burdens
- Responsible for keeping safe, nutritious, and appreciative working and shopping requirements
- Needed to perform non-traditional hours; weekends, darknesses, breaks; overtime may be directed in this position
