- Work as a group to provide high-level consumer service responses via emails and phone.
- Assist in advancing the department and making it good, upselling to customers whenever feasible.
- Contact customers and offer parts, upgrades, and spare packages.
- Prepare quotations in a timely fashion.
- Process orders from clients, service technicians, sales division, and production.
- Investigate recorded data for parts charges.
- Walk urgent orders through the system to provide proper follow-up and quick turn-around time.
- Follow up with clients, suppliers, buying, and other departments within our community to always ensure the best deliveries.
- Provide support to shipping.
- Process COD and credit card assets, and report to the accounting team.
- Code in new parts and roll with electronic filing.
Who we’re looking for?
- A post-secondary certificate in business, engineering, or a connected field.
- Minimum of 2 years encounter ideally in a parts department.
- Bilingual (English & French – written and spoken). Spanish is an investment.
- Proven customer service and people talents.
- Managerial skills.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Knowledge of packaging/machine manufacturing industries is an asset.
